The majority of the staff are kind, the toilets are immaculate and you can tell all the tables are well looked after. If you want quick food, this place is for you. they serve straight to your table and have a drive through which is always a plus! Disappointed with the milkshakes being out of stock for months now. but worry not! there are tons more drinks to order. tons more items to pick from. The food is not 5 star worthy. chips can be overly salted or not salted at all. burgers can be slapped together with little effort but sometimes not. consistency is important yet consistency is what it lacks.

At Totton there's a small kids play structure outside. Inside there are a couple of tables that have 10 inch tablets for kids to use. Other than that it's standard McDonald's. We usually visit on Sunday morning with grandkids. They like it plenty, good enough for me.

I have been here three times now, and each time the food took far too long to cook (try 18 minutes!) and because it takes them so long to make it, it's cold by the time I get home! Sorry, but I have never experienced this at any other McDonald's chain restaurants. I give it 3 stars because I did eventually get the correct food I ordered, which means in practice they delivered the service. That said, I was genuinely disappointed with the quality of said service. I will skip this and go to the Millbrook Roundabout one instead.

What a joke this place is..... Ordered food and hot drinks.... Had to go back to the counter 3 times because the hot drinks were.... not hot 🤔 The lad behind the counter just kept taking the drinks off the order waiting counter.... so they obviously been there a while 😑 he kept saying try this one !!!! In the end I told him just make a fresh one ffs !!!

Staff were helpful but I am always disappointed that my food is cold. It was 545pm busy with a fast turn over. How can the food always be cold. I promise myself that is the last time I will have a Macdonalds. Unfortunately I always make the mistake of giving it one last go and then I'm left disappointed once again. There were 6 in our party and all had the same issue. Please give us hot food.
