We came here after an appointment in the nearby hospital with my nephew. Its not really known well if you're not from the area, as my nephew thought we'd be going to the usual McDonald's but I told him about this secret one and we came here. Lovely clean Mcdonalds, friendly staff and nice warm food. Great for a quick bite or when having a coffee

Nice McDonalds but it was extremely busy when we stopped off on my way to the south of Wales. There is a drive in with parking being limited though. The staff are friendly and the food is ok for fast food. Service is good and fast so no complaints. Would stop off again.

5 Stars for the staff but 1 for the New system that cuts down on staff which is too slow and when its very busy you better book a room. This is not a reflection on this Mcdonals in Port Talbot because every Mcdonals ive been to is the same. I know this because travel thousands of miles every week for my job and I always get a coffee in the morning from a Mcdonals. Over 10 minutes wait for a coffee when they aren't busy is rediculas! I have had worse because if you want to pay by cash you can a stand there for quite a while, even before you get served.

This McDonald’s has given up on cleaning! Men’s toilets are dirty, has tissue and piss all over the floor and toilets Restaurant is actually disgusting most of the time with staff appearing to simply move the dirt somewhere else.

Was just perfect. So pleased to see such friendly faces in such a snow storm . Friendly professional staff only to happy to go the little extra to make your visit a good one .
