Don’t ever eat in. Go through the drive thru. They take absolutely ages for you food to come because they to busy giving the ‘just eat’ drivers their orders. They take the absolute piss. Even if there was 20 cars in the drive thru you’l be quicker than going inside

Fast food very slow or not at allnnVisited on way home from a visit to local venue used drive through as had my 3 young children in the car very excited for a promised Mc Donalds.nnWas told to park up and wait for  food its a drive through pay  window 1 collect window 2.nnIf I had to  park  up I stated  I may as well have come into restaurant.nnNo parking spaces car park over run by delivery  drivers.nn20mins of waiting  nothing out of vehiclenSee were order is they have  lost  my order  then start questioning  me to have I made a order what I order so I state i have already had my drinks and mc flurrys. So to prove the point collect  the rubbish from my vehicle .nnAfter  asking a manager for a chat  coming on shift he completely  ignored  me  and stated he wasnt working and went straight to work   behind counter.nn45mins from making order and complaining  multiple times I finally get  foodnnMc donalds sort  your act out

This McDonald's is the worst in south Wales. McDonald's keep upping their prices, and lowering their service quality.nOrdered three items and all three were wrong.nnOrdered nuggets and the wrong sauce came.nOrdered shake fries and they just sent regular fries and an empty bag without seasoning.nOrdered Mac n cheese bites and no sauce came.nnMcDonald's used to be cheap and cheerful.nNow you get much better service and quality for less money elsewhere.

Port talbot McDonald’s, although I have been banned I would never come here again. I made an order and their machines gave me the wrong receipt because of this the manager came to me giving me attitude for no reason. Yes I swore a little for good reason they have banned me for 12 months because their machines gave me the wrong receipt. The manager Deacon accused me of not making the order and blatantly lied to me trying to antagonise and intimidate me infront of my friends because their machines gave me the wrong receipt. He then came up to me giving me a letter saying I needed to leave the premises asap for 12 months because of a problem on their behalf. WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN. The manager tried intimidating a girl thinking he was big and solid because of a problem ON THEIR END. Also the food is very unsanitary considering they don’t use gloves to make the food I seen the workers making the food sloppy as ever with their dirty hands. Do not come here if you don’t want food poisoning of any sort. Altogether the manager is a rude boy

My food took forever to come out, I was using the drive through: I  drove through- and waited what felt like an eternity. And then my wrap that even says no onion on the label, had onions in it. Imagine if I was allergic and died. Would be on the staff of this McDonald’s. Do better!
