I’m a regular at this drive-thru and just wanted to appreciate Sonia for her excellent service. She recognized my usual order McPlant with custom changes, nuggets, and marinara sauce and even helped me pick the right sauce when I forgot the name. It’s really nice when someone remembers regular customers and makes the experience smooth and friendly. Sonia truly makes the visit better every time. Thank you!
Standard McDonald's, fast enough service, food is much better and made fresh when you come at earlier times 11:30am-12pm is best
Everytime I go into McDonald’s I get a cheeseburger meal with NOTHING ON IT except ketchup and big mac sauce. Everytime without fail even though the label on the burger says PLAIN ONLY KETCHUP + BIG MAC SAUCE it will ALWAYS have onions on it. How hard is it to make a burger WITHOUT onion. I have to scrape the burger everyone. Teach your employees to not be lazy
Food is always stone cold. Always. It’s actually shameful. Everytime I ask please can you make sure it’s hot, they reply like I’m an idiot, and tell me to check is it hot before I leave, which I usually do, however the food should be hot??? That’s the point, why should a customer have to check that the hot food they ordered is actually hot? The burgers are like rubber and the fries taste like they have been sitting there for days. It really is the worst McDonalds. It’s INEDIBLE
Got an iced latte that had maybe 4 sips in it. Happy meals were ice cold. This place was decent only a few months ago, but this was abysmal. Staff are very friendly and polite though so no complaints there.
