It had been about 10 months since we had been to a McDonald's, and that was poor . But this one in wigston is local, and we thought let's do something different and ordered on the app for collection ... by the time we got home which is literally a 5 minute drive the airfryers were taken out to reheat the offerings .. the fries tasted better as they were hot and had some colour and the cheese burger was OK too as that was hot and toasty ... as you can see we don't go to mcdonalds very often ... KFC for us ....
4 stars only food was worm, Oder was after 6 min, only Hot Choć 1,49 i was wait for cram gone and suprise look at picture., sometimes they give you food like for dog Last picture 25 01.2024
Honest review: Okay, so I have been using this McDonald's for a few years now. I thought maybe it was a one-off, but it has happened again.nnSo, my grandma normally comes over to see me and her grandson and brings us McDonald's every week. Two weeks ago, she bought some back, and the quarter pounder hardly had anything in it.nnAnd again this week, too. I mean, are we stockpiling lettuce? The quality of the food has dropped in recent weeks. McDonald's, please can you fix this? It has happened with a few other people I know around Wigston, too.nnNormally, it's good, but recently, the quality has dropped.
If 0 stars was possible that’s what this store deserves. After waiting over 15 minutes for food for it to be FREEZING COLD. Had to heat it up due to having a dad that sufferers with Hypos due diabetes.nnWhen calling the store they said you need to return the food for it to replaced. However much we explained this isn’t possible they kept repeating themself…. Ended up offering them it back in a sick bag if they wanted it!nnAbsolutely disgusting service and that’s from management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!nnFood is clearly not fit for purpose… unless you enjoy cold food!
I work as a delivery driver and I didn't appreciate the service received by the manager. I was told to bring a thick bag to carry the food, even though I had an insulated bag to carry the food. He told me that if I returned back to the store to collect any futures order. He would refuse to serve me.nnI will definitely stay away from this branch. Every other branch that I've visited to collect the food and either staff or manager have never complained about my bag. Still I was able to pick up my delivery and give the food to the customer.
