The staff here are great, it is clean but it could be a little bit cleaner. A good decreasing spray for the tables and the floor is like an ice rink so that's the star drop but there was one member of staff who was truly amazing and did keep the restaurant clean to the best of his ability
Head in here often enough for a bit of breakfast before work or something quick for lunch. Some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen, to the degree that it prompted me as someone who doesn't often leave reviews to leave a review. Food is decent, there's definitely worse value out there today, and having been here a bit I don't think I can remember a time that it was inconsistent or made me feel unwell in any way. All and all I've been to a few McDonald's over the years and this is the best store in the chain in Limerick as far as I'm concerned
I work with an intellectual disability organisation and we called today with our service users for lunch. I just want to commend staff member Jayson I think he was the manager. He is a credit to McDonald's in Castletroy he was so friendly and good to our service users he made them and us feel so welcome and he was so helpful and put everyone at ease. Thank you Jayson for making our day.
Absolutely shocking and awful behaviour of the manager jenny and Helen towards staff, customers and uber eats driver, was there to have break fast around 10.30am. They were shouting and roaring on staff and uber eats drivers literally felt uncomfortable and having watching bare knuckle fights. My wife and kids wanted to leave half way in the breakfast as younger son burst into cries in the buggy, Once Jenny roars on someone over the window for serving wrong order. Place Absolutely deserve someone from crescent or jetland those 2 place are absolutely credible management. Castletroy never again. Zero star horrible place
Obviously this outlet speaks for its self, however for drive through service the overlapping roof is to short to protect drivers from getting wet on the raini days and in Ireland we do have quite a lot of those days, so the driver gets wet along with the interior of the driver's side also uncomfortable and unnecessarily wet , is there room for improvement Definitely
