Disgusting. Went with 3 kids tonight,,, women’s toilets were a disgrace, there was wee in the sinks as if they had been used as urinals,,, there was a female member of staff wiping tables,,, it was not busy so there was no excuse for the toilets to have not been cleaned,,, we were there for over an hour,, I checked toilets before leaving and they hadn’t been touched. Female member of staff was more interested in talking and asking people not to sit on certain tables than doing anything else. On the positive note there was a lovely young lad serving who made a right good effort with the kids and was extremely polite and well mannered.

Had a great greating from Leytonia when I ordered food. She waiting until I finished speaking and was always smiling! Fantastic response from the manager when I went up the second time for some sauce. The good was really quick and over all really enjoyed it.

Every time I use the drive through service I get home to find my order is wrong. How hard is it to get a plain hamburger? I don't want a chicken burger or a plain cheeseburger or I would have asked for it. This results in the food being binned. Total waste of money you are lucky if my order has been right twice in my last 5 visits. If The staff put as much effort into serving customers as they do chatting to each other maybe there would be less issues. Shame a lot of the old staff have left as the service was better before the revamp

quick fast food at decent price. often this is perfect for a late night snack after work etc.

Hello My name is Harris Heaton I'm very disappointed I was promised large fries but it felt like I only ate 14 or so, ON TOP OF THAT , I also asked for two tubs of gravy source but there was only one inside my meal deal. P.S I think you should make your bargain buckets larger for people like me.
