Nice ambience. Plenty of parking. The service was excellent. Kids can enjoy playing games in tablets.
I have ordered chicken and salad. They have just given two small chicken pieces and the chicken is not fresh it’s not even the hot . And the tomatoes in the salad are not fresh ..
I rarely have McDonalds and after my experience 2 days ago at this store I probably won't again! We ordered food to eat in .. It was a bit of a wait but when we got or order The burger and chips were cold and even the coffee was barely warm. It was also freezing inside whilst eating in.This was followed by an upset tummy the next day. The one extra star was for the helpful assistant at the door when the order receipt got stuck in the machine. He was the only positive thing of the whole experience.
As a nearest branch i used them many times. but lately the service has gone down. i have waited almost half an hour for drive-thru on normal day with rude customer service and 2 times instruction were not followed. As a takeaway customers there is no way to go back and complain to them.
We used the app and went to collect through the drive-thru. We were told at the payment window that our order hadn't come through to them and that we needed to order again even though the payment had already gone through. I showed the lady at the window that the app showed my order as being collected already. She apologised and told me to collect it at the next window. The disappointing part on top of all this was then that the burgers were so dry it made them difficult to eat. Not a great visit to McDonald's
