Full of drunkards and not many great people. Security on door. Definitely order to take out. Nothing ever really wrong with the food here though it’s a great location. Convenience is good being in the middle of the city centre too.

I had not eaten all day, had 1/4 pounder meal delivered. By 11pm I was violently sick twice,  felt so unwell for 2 days. Fine now thankfully.  Won't order again in the future

I was very lucky to have experienced this particular McDonald's as there are two more senior in years members of the team that go way above the usual standards of service you expect fronm a McDonald's restaurant. It was a pleasure to go there and experience there level of service and general friendly staff. I would recommend any decent person to go upon my experience.

Never get my order right and lost me for a while now. Had rhe new ranch burger and a chicken mayo. Chicken mayo had no mayo and no lettuce and tge ranch burger meal didn't fill me at all. Seemed better to get a triple cheese. Shody for a while now and 1 in 2 orders are always wrong. Shame about the price surge but smaller portions. Mcd's isn't worth it anymore as costs as much as a sit down meal.

Live near. No car. Delivered food freezing. McFlurry only thing warm. Ring Fleetwood McDonald’s and phone put down apparently not their problem!! Ring again on a different number and through to manager with same voice, can’t give you there name so you know who your speaking to but if ya go in name on badge!! Absolutely shocking customer service and just told eat what you’re given!!
