I was here at 6.30am. Number one, they had porridge. Number two, the receipt machine worked. Porridge, a breakfast wrap, and a bacon bun. Service was quick. Food was as it should be. Carpark is huge compared to most. The restaurant itself was immaculate inside.
Made me wait an hour for a medium drink and a small meal but got to watch a knife fight so was at least entertained. Food had the same texture as those fake cheap coats the teenagers were wearing and im guessing they used victims blood as a condiment for my burger, because i asked for no ketchup. Overall 3 stars.
Terrible ....long wait for eat in. No customer service at all, young lad on the front with glasses was miserable and didn't engage at all whilst a woman just stood by the toilet door doing nothing and chatting to another employee who was sat down. Never generally have a bad experience in McDonald's but this time was not good at all. Will not be returning.
My husband asked for plain quarter pounder with cheese. He got a severely burnt bun with relish and onions. No way could he eat it, absolutely disgusted. He was too far away to take it back.
First time eating in here but didn't really have a good meal, ordered food inside and waited almost 20 minutes before the order was ready, the restaurant was only half full too so not really busy. When I got my burger it was only luke warm, couldn't be bothered to take it back for a warmer one thought might have to wait a long time again! My husbands food was cold too, won't be rushing back. We use the drive through on occasions too and food isn't always warm when you get it but can always warm up in the microwave at home but shouldn't be like this.
