A little slow service and not the neatest of presentation on the food but I guess that’s expected of McDonalds. Made up for it with the amazing interior design, friendly staff and the fact that there is a children’s play area. Just off the A1 and EV charge points over the road so a very convenient stop when driving from Edinburgh back to Durham. Have stopped here multiple times and will be stopping again!
The best McDonalds we have been to. Always kept clean and the staff are so polite and keen to assist. One particular member of staff stands out - Julie with short dark hair. What an asset to this place she is. She has helped us out on a number of occasions and Ive noticed she keeps an eye on any issues and quickly clears up any mess.

Really clean with a great set of staff. Plenty of parking and an on site drive through.nnThis specific location is open 24 hours which is a bonus for the early travellers on their way to and from scotland.nnInside the resteraunt was clean with staff on hand to clean up any spillages
Did accidentally get the wrong drink in the order, but rectified it quickly and without hassle. Food was quick and tasted great, the place was clean. Great McDonald's experience.
