Nice food. Nice service. Unlike nearby KFC and Pizza Hut, allowed me to order and pay normally at the counter instead of some digital nonsense. I noticed a review from years ago saying about kids vaping. In 2025, I saw no kids vaping. Was nice to be treated as a human being, not a money machine unlike at KFC and Pizza Hut.
Easy parking & access. Very friendly place, I've visited a few times and have always had quick, professional service. The best thing about it is the seating layout they have, as it's easy to find a quiet place to sit & chat. Food is typical McDonalds.
Food was cold when it turned up, fries were just launched into the bag, missing a drink from a meal? Oh and the nuggets ordered had a nice big black hair in the bag. Definitely won’t be ordering from there again
Gave us complete wrong order. Fine ok they swap and give us our order. Then it's Missing half the order. Pretty annoying when you pay £30 then get home just to realise you got 2 incorrect burgers, no chicken selects or nuggets, and forgot the cheese share box. Come on. Literally the only correct thing was the cheese share box and we had to remind them to give it to us.
Best McDonald’s in the UK. Even though I don’t sit in and eat, it’s not a far walk from the beach, what I do is order my food and then walk to the beach front and look at the view. Definitely come here if you go to Southport.
