The days of fast food has well and truly gone. Came late at night, only for half the items on the menu not to be available. Then made to wait over 20 minutes with no communication whatsoever. Didn't look like any of the staff were able to get out of first gear. They werent even capable of filling a hot chocolate 2/3 of the way up. Won't be returning!
Totally discussed in the attitude from the manager after staff missing items from my order.nnWhen I phoned up to let them know I was told I wasn't getting any replacements and its my fault that I didn't check the bag.nnThe manager needs training on customer service.nnThere was also a massive queue inside with staff just watching and not serving. The world has gone mad and customer service isn't key any more!
Ordered food here on 1.11.2024 and as always requested salt free fries.nTook 35 mins for food to arrive which I assume is a salt free fries order grump as they have to be cooked separately.nFood was warm and I also received wrong burger but hey after that long ill suck it up.nTotally ignored at counter for ten mins after trying to check order status.nAll equates too well you work it out regarding coming back here
Nearly every time I order online there is always something missing or the food is freezing. If you don’t have the items available why have them on the app. The service is constantly getting worse and yet they have the nerve to keep upping the price of things aswell. Used to love maccies I won’t be ordering from here again
Had a terrible experience at this branch last night. Very few staff and they were all busy doing on line orders. By the time we got our food it was cold. Soggy luke warm fries and even the coffee was on the cool side.nI visited the ladies toilets before I left and they were in a awful state, all 3 loo's were full of urine or faeces as the chains wouldn't flush. The whole experience was disgusting. It will be a very long time before I visit here again.
