Good performance and, as usual, they didn't put the sauce, thank you nnWho are these people with a rating of 5 or 4 stars, you're crazy, I order all the time because I just love poppy seeds and constantly what's not there, I'm already silent about how long your order can be carried out, and I live 5 minutes drive from this point
I don't even know what to say. I ordered via the McDonald's app. It was delivered by UBER just to mention, Uber isn't in the wrongnnI ordered a double quarterpounder with Cheese. Extra gherkins, extra cheese, and extra mustard and ketchup. No onions I'm intolerantnnNot only did you print it as instructed on the box it came in. You completely got it wrong. You added no extra and put onions in. I'm so angry. How can you get that wrong when it has clear instructions on the box. I can't eat it. McDonald's app is a joke. The customer service is a robot and is doing nothing. Had I ordered from UBER directly. This would be resolved. Absolutely terrible.
Manager tried to intimidated me!nnAs I cant name the manager, all I can say is that there's no need to intimidated anyone at work. Especially for a silly mistake. A mistake that he does not want to be fix to include your sauces when you pay for it.nChips were cold and tasteless. No ice in my drink and missing apple pie.nnI have included pictures so that you know where to go to make your complaint face to face and hopefully manager wont try to intimate you.nnI had made an email complaint and phone call too. Will keep it updated.
Twice in a row ordered a milkshake no straw provided! Probably they wish me too some how have themilkshake no words tbhnYou pay 60p extra for a cheese slice but no cheese!!! On your burgernMy local MCD have ordered regular never had issues not sure if the management has changed to this site.nwouldn’t have left a review cause lately their service has been rubbish!
Ordered a medium and large meal and these are the fries were portioned not a single chip was in the bottom of the bag. Unable to complain as ordered through the McDonald’s app and Uber Eats don’t deal with portion control.nnPoor service. Item not delivered through third party company. No way to contact the restaurant to complain so had to go without food.
