was waiting for about 25-30 minutes in a bay when a worker came past called MORGAN we asked her to check how long the food would be she said she would check and let us know 5 minutes later she still didn’t come back to let us know so when we asked her again her attitude was disgusting so we asked to speak to the manager and when the manager came out she could not deal with the complaint so she walked off and said she was going to get somebody else to come out 5 minutes later still nobody came out so we left. The food was absolutely freezing and a meal was missing
After a long day catching up on my first day off in weeks I ordered a meal I thought I would be able to enjoy without hassle but unfortunately that was not the case. I thought meal started well everything was perfect my fries lovely and crisp, wrap exactly how ordered drink too then I looked into my bag to find it was now EMPTY! NO APPLE PIE. Wouldn’t mind if I hadn’t paid and wasn’t already in a bad mood ruined my nice thing cheers!
Ordered a delivery via the app.nWe had missing food which we ordered and would not answer the phone as informed to do.nWe paid for food which we didn't receive and could not contact anyone to discuss this nor request and refund via the app.

i placed an order on just eat at 11:30pm, it was confirmed a few minutes later and it said preparing your order, at midnight it said it was out for delivery then at twenty past it said the restaurant cancelled the order? how could it have been “out for delivery” if the restaurant cancelled it when it was supposedly on its say. lazy staff are the downfall of mcdonald’s
