Ordered 2 Philly cheese meals at the drive thro , I got home and I’d been given burgers with just cheese on , I drove back and asked for new ones , I got no apology just new ones slammed in the counter all squashed . This is not the first time this has happened at this place . It was 1 am so wasn’t like it was a busy time so no excuse just trying to rip people off !
Ordered for a group of children, a few burgers and 60 nuggets, NO SAUCES came with the order. Hard to rate the food as most if not all of the flavour is in the sauce.nnOut of curiosity does anybody from this franchise actually read the reviews, normally there's a response from the owner.nPersonally the consistent one star reviews would be a cause for concern
I’m writing to bring attention to an issue I’ve experienced, which I believe is shared by many delivery drivers. As someone who works hard to provide timely service, it’s disheartening to be treated with disrespect while picking up orders. On a recent visit, I tried to get the attention of an employee near the counter, but instead of acknowledging me, they looked directly at me and then walked away, like I was a nuisance to them, which made me feel ignored and undervalued. This kind of treatment makes an already challenging job even harder.nnI’ve spoken with other delivery drivers, and many have shared similar experiences. We understand that restaurants get busy, but a little courtesy and communication go a long way. I hope management can address this with staff, as the current attitude towards drivers is disgusting.nnI feel as though the staff think they can get away with it because most drivers aren’t educated, which means they lack the ability to complain. This mistreatment needs to stop, and I will be making a formal complaint to Uber through the union regarding this unacceptable behaviour
Abominable standards! - Missing food every time we deliver and now I get delivered a smashed up burger - The cheek! Avoid at all costs!
Astonishingly incompetent!!!nIn the 4 times we have ordered food from here, 4 times they managed to get it spectacularly wrong.nYou couldn't make it up.nThe first time we called through the drive through. Made our order and was told to wait in the bay. After around 30 minutes, the girl came over to the car with our food, on opening the window, she almost chucked the drinks at me with no apology. We drove home and then realised some items were missing.nWe called the store and spoke to the manager who said that we could go for the same order for free at another time as way of apology. I was fine with that.nSo we went again a few weeks later, and explained that our order was complimentary from the manager. We ordered this time inside the restaurant. Drove home and yet again was found to be several items either missing or wrong!nYet again I called but this time I couldn't get through so put it down to a bad experience.n3rd attempt was a just eat delivery a few months after that. And guess what! Wrong again. Melted mcflurries, missing burger and dips which we paid for, and the drinks were wrong. So again I called the restaurant, this time speaking to what I can only describe as someone with absolutely no customer skills whatsoever. All he could say was he was sorry and if I wanted to drive down I could pick up what was missing or wrong with the order. Why would I want to do that when I have just ordered the food online, for the purpose of not having to go out. Our meal was ruined!nSo the next day I called macdonalds customer service line and explained everything to them. The lady I spoke to was lovely and explained that obviously it sounds as though the staff at this particular branch need extra training, which she would recommend. She gave me some coupons for a couple of free meals and I was happy with the outcome.nSo tonight we decided to use the free meal coupons and ordered 2 medium quarter pounder with cheese meals. And 2 plain cheese burgers as a treat for the dogs.nYou can guess the rest.n1 quarter pounder, and 3 standard cheese burgers!!!nAre the staff extra qualified in stupidity!nWont be ordering from Huddersfield rd again for a long time if ever again. BE WARNED!!!
