Staff don’t acknowledge customers, waited for 15 minutes infront of a member of staff but was ignored. Eventually had my order taken, was paying in cash for my elderly companion.nFood was like warm. Lots of customers returning their chips.nWe saw a male member of staff eating a chip from the chip station in the kitchen.nStaff here shouldn’t be given customer service roles if they can’t even smile and acknowledge a customer. No wonder it was so quiet here!nNever visiting this place again. I can’t put into words how bad today’s experience was!
Visited Heron Gate on Saturday en route to Cinderford. Had a lovely McPlant and brother had a cheeseburger meal. Service was pretty efficient considering it was very busy. The team seemed to be working well.
Not very fast service, need more staff. Lad on till was as well as seving food plus delivering to tables and cars outside.nWaited about 15-20 mins for food.nFries were cold, mopping around your feet whilst eating. Not good.
They had only two staff working their behinds off. The wait was too long.nIf you're wanting a quick coffee and a burger here leave yourself a good 30min to achieve.nNot fast food really.nThe staff were polite.nI visited at about 22:00.
This is not fast food. I always wait a long time for my order, even when there is no queue, the employees are very slow. BE CAREFUL, they often make mistakes in the order, they may give you a different drink, and they may also put a different food. Therefore, I recommend always checking the order.
