First let’s start off by saying that the staff are drinking monsters on shift and have them visible ! Could possibly be an allergy issue! Secondly the restaurant had maybe 2 clean tables everything else looked like it was left from the night before. Food came partially cold , so I’ve sent it back and waited another 15 mins on top for it to come cold again and the manager saying “ sorry i forgot “ bare in mind there’s only 3 customers in the store . However the staff were pleasant but not the actual service/ experience
Morning shift, very quiet. Staff just standing around chatting while I wait 15 mins for a flat white and a muffin.nPrinter 1 on the self service hasn’t been working for about 3 months.nnReally poorly managed.
Food was actually the best I had in a while a good amount on sauce and ingredients as I always feel its so little the fries were also quite freshnnI'm going to be honest the staff on drinks today at 6.00 was just rude and was just yelling to press no on the receipt as she was behind me while I was on the self-order when I told her that I clearly wanted my receipt as I wanted to do a voucher but she kept yelling and getting annoyed at menAt that point I gave up and just waited on my order to ask at the counter if I could get my receipt insteadnWell that took longer then expected as the drinks are on a separate server and they don't call out the order they don't tell u nothing even that woman when I told her that I ordered a drink and want my receipt she never told me she has it so had to ask the counter after receiving my drink and asking if I can get a receipt that I wanted to do the voucher thing two women served me I think it was the manager but I'm unsure forgot to ask for name to pass on as a good word but they were only good help and the best help I got from that whole server and got my food and vouchersnnSo over all most people couldn't care about what's happening with other people's orders and don't bother to help only the few aka the two woman that served we were lovely and honestly if it wasn't for them it would of been a 2 star as food was still good that's why the two instead of one :
Poor service, waited nearly 20 minutes for a pancakes and sausage order before going up to the counter.nnMemebwe of staff behind the mc cafe section was helpful in asking the main counter staff where my order was.nnHowever I heard them say “I could not have been waiting that long as it’s only come on screen now” this was incorrect as even the order slip on the tray said 09:43!nnPancakes were missing the sausage so had to go back up again, staff uninterested. No apology just given my correct order.nnThen had to ask for my drinks as I could see them on the counter but there was no organisation.nnOriginally I had selected table service but ended up having to collect my order myself and even by the time I’d left the table to ask what was happening with my order the table number locator had been taken away before my order had even arrived.nnTo top it all off a few flies were around the interior of the restaurant and one happened to fly into my syrup over the food and this just put me off completely.nnPretty poor overall. Wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely disgusting food. was cold. Was like rubber. It went in the bin
