I ordered 3 mayo chicken, a large fries, and a 20-piece nuggets box for delivery, and I also paid the delivery fee. When the order arrived, only 2 mayo chicken were included.nnI called customer service about the missing item, but the lady I spoke with was very rude. She told me I’d have to come and collect the third mayo chicken myself because they couldn’t deliver it, and then she actually hung up on me.
Why is it when you order a McDonald's for delivery it always has something missing and tbh it's always the fries and the nuggets from the kids Meals absolutely shocking does the orders not get checked b4 leaving the store
It's soon bad I threw up after 2 bites of fries and there was a kid screaming and throwing stuff i would not go there if I was you
Order on mcdonald's app food was cold milkshake was watered down hair on chips and all food was flat cold
First let’s start off by saying that the staff are drinking monsters on shift and have them visible ! Could possibly be an allergy issue! Secondly the restaurant had maybe 2 clean tables everything else looked like it was left from the night before. Food came partially cold , so I’ve sent it back and waited another 15 mins on top for it to come cold again and the manager saying “ sorry i forgot “ bare in mind there’s only 3 customers in the store . However the staff were pleasant but not the actual service/ experience
