Absolutely horrendous experience at this McDonald’s. It seems that the staff at this location couldn’t string together a basic order if their lives depended on it. Every single time I’ve ordered here, something crucial is missing. Forget simple things like ketchup packets—I’ve left without entire burgers, fries, or even drinks that I PAID for.nnIt’s like they’re trying to set some sort of record for how badly they can mess up an order. Staff members seem more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their jobs. The attitude is indifferent at best, and they treat you like you’re bothering them for expecting your order to be correct.nnDon’t bother trying to complain, either. They’ll offer you some half-hearted apology and expect you to leave happy without actually fixing the problem. If you want a taste of what a truly disorganized McDonald’s is like, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
Never get the correct order on the drive through, the girl asked me twice which order was mine and was told to park in bay 1. The lad tapped on the window and said two mac crispy chickens, yes great I replied. When I got home and opened the packet there was three mc ribs in bbq sauce.
Convinced by the small people to visit yet another McDonalds , pleasantly surprised that it was clean, tidy and didn't take long for food which wasn't cold!
Ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese and it even clearly says it on label however when I got home the burger had cheese on it and my partner also ordered a banana milkshake and received a chocolate one
Food stale some chips tasted like double cooked not salted either. Only thing hot was 3 chicken nuggerts. Mcdonalds has gone downhill. Over priced and rubbish. Oh and mc flurry changed as if reduced sugar and something to make it fluffy.
