I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location during the night shift. I waited 40 minutes for my order and had to ask four times if it was ready. Each time, I was simply told to wait a bit longer. The staff member serving me made no visible effort to check on the order or resolve the issue.nnWhen I finally spoke to the night shift manager, I was told, “nobody shouted for it,” which is an unacceptable response and shows a complete lack of accountability and leadership. Frankly, the manager seemed just as unhelpful and uninterested as the staff member who served me most of the night.nnI sincerely hope both the night shift manager and the staff member involved are held accountable. The level of service and disregard for customers I witnessed is not what I expect from McDonald’s and should not be acceptable at any location.nnPlease take appropriate action to ensure this kind of service doesn't continue.
Great atmosphere. Welcomed by Amanda. Extremely polite, helpful member of staff. She was really lovely. All the facilities were clean. We had egg and bacon muffins with harsh browns which were really nice.nnDelivery of food was fairly quick. Overall experience was great and would certainly go back there.nnWell done to all the team!
Arrived at the drive through, several minutes before I got any response, I ordered porridge and a coffee, I drove to the window, to be told there was no porridge, then changed to.... yes we do but it's not on the till! So I asked if I was getting it or not, after a fair few minutes im still waiting at the payment window, several cars now waiting behind me a few more minutes go past and I ask if it's gonna be long, gets told tge till still wasn't updated, tge server asked the staff at the front what was going on.......a bit of giggling going on all during this, so eventually I told them to forget it as I hadn't any more time to waste... very poor show
We went through the drive through. There were a lot of customers so the line was somewhat slow, however this also ensured everything we ordered was finished by the time we reached the window. We found multiple parking spots a bit further away to stop and eat.
The staff in this branch really need to get their act together as EVERY time I place a just eat order it is always wrong. How hard is it to get a simple order for 1 person right ? It's ridiculous always items missing wrong drink sent etc and never any sauces in the bag which come as standard with the nuggets etc. Recent order no sauces for my 2 items I ordered them for. A milkshake sent when I ordered a frozen drink. But its every single time you use them no joke. Can't get anything right. Get your act together it's not rocket science
