Image is this location's owner's car.nnI've been to this McDonald's a lot and had mostly an average experience, several bad ones as well. But visit was interesting as the guy in the image pulls up just after me, baring in mind that this is a small car park that often struggles for spaces as it is. I don't think much of it, it's just an old man parking terribly right? Wrong. Imagine my shock when I get inside and find out that this is the franchisee, the owner of this location! Absolutely disgraceful, but I wouldn't expect anything also from the owner of this average and occasionally terrible establishment.
Service is getting beyond here.nAmount of times I’ve gone in and food has come out cold and even hot drinks arriving to the table cold.nAnd delivery is just worse why offer a delivery service and charge people more money than it is to go to the restaurant. service fee and delivery when orders arrive missing items and stone cold. And then when you try to ring to say you’ve missed item and want money back for what hasn’t been received you can’t get through.
Had to go back to get the rest of our order, extra star because after asking twice it was indeed provided.nThe food preparation and ordering are smelled like fecal matter, however luckily this smell was not present where we were eating.
Writing this as i’m extremely disappointed,me and my wife recently came in for our weekly milkshake and nuggets , we were extremely excited as i managed to get it for free on my monopoly! Someone of the name Abbie with fairly large lips had given our milkshake and nuggets which were extremely cold and our milkshake was watery , i had politely asked for a new one however she seemed already very upset which i understood as it was fairly late on the other hand she had ripped both my items out of my hand proceeded to hide them to further give the same back but this time my milkshake and nuggets were squished furthermore she left me with the phrase ‘there’.My wife is diabetic and was unable to drink the milkshake to feed her low sugars which further made her poorly.
Third or fourth time now I've gone there with the kids for a McFlurry and the ice cream is mush .... not like a McFlurrys meant to be at all more like a mc runny waste of money if the machine ain't working or functioning properly why sell them
