THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS IN THE COUNTY !nni would avoid ordering anything from here as you never get your full order. I ordered pancakes, sausage and syrup they forgot the syrup, milk and cutlery not to mention that disgusting brown gunk that’s come off the sausage looks like whatever they use to cook the sausages in is dirty and not been cleaned,nnThis isn’t a one off previous orders haven’t been any better from ordering chicken nuggets and them forgetting the dips or a big tasty meal and forgetting the burger the list goes on 99% of my orders have been missing something or cold.nnWhen you call the store to complain they don’t really care and are unapologetic.nnThe only reason I’ve given a 1 star review is because there’s no option to give a zero star review but don’t take my word for it look at the previous reviews as they speak for themselves.
Very very slow service. The self service machines don't produce receipts. The food was cold before we got to sit down. They were busy in the drive through which is where the focus on customers was rather than those eating in. Avoid!
The restaurant is definitely consistent. Unfortunately the consistency is found in how often they send incorrect or incomplete orders. Sometimes whole items or meals are missing. Dips will never arrive, so enjoy the dry chicken without any of the condiments you were looking forward to.nA mistake happening once or twice is frustrating but expected - its the law of averages that such a high volume business will do this.nMistakes happening on EVERY order points toward lack of care from staff, lack of control and overseeing from management, and perhaps a lack of seamlessness in the order creation process.nnAll of them result in a restaurant that has zero capability in their delivery business.
Cold food, disappointed waited 20 mins in drive through, not even a full measure of diet coke no ice, a frappe my daughter couldn't even get through the straw. Awful food.
Better service than my local store at 2am but food was cold, which considering we had to wait totally fine, I had a large order at a silly time of day I would have hoped everything was hot and fresh. Staff very polite and pleasant.
