I went here with my children and they had enough to keep themselves busy while we were waiting for our meal. I was surprised when one of the attendants brought crayons and drawings for my daughter. She excitedly left my phone and focused on the tasks. The meals were top notch too.
I ordered and spent £23 and i ordered food, mcflurrys and a drinknnI then only get my mcflurrys and drink after a problem with the delivery after trying to get a refund i am give £15 and not the real refund i should have got this is not the first time having problems with this mcdonald's it is terrible i only got one bag for my food i don't know how it can be so hard to actually give me the food that i paid for.
I’ve never received such bad service from a food place before. Every single time I order they miss over half my order. Tonight I ordered food and I only received my drink and none of my food. How does this even happen??? You don’t check the food you’re putting in the bag might seem a little bit small compared to the long receipt?????? How hard is it to check
Can’t read or follow simple instructions. Order wrong 2 days running and no one answering the phone. It’s a lottery either the order is wrong or the food is cold. My advice don’t use them. Absolute joke!
This Restaraunt decided to take my order via the app, then immediately cancel it after payment. Now I have to wait 5-15 days for a refund, meaning I could be out of pocket for more than two weeks!! This is an absolute disgrace and a company so large should not have such a shambolic service. I would advise to avoid at all costs!!
