Tonight, I ordered a ‘Hatrick’ from the menu, yet it came with no cheese and was completely different from the photo. I ordered 9 Chicken Selects as well yet it came with chicken nuggets instead. The food was also too greasy and had no flavor. I find this outrageous and I am disappointed on the results of my order today. I recommend to not buy the ‘Hatrick’ and I don’t plan on coming back until there is some professionalism with the people working there.
no complaints but the highlight of this branch is they have a good ambience, nice parking space and clean toilets.
I wish there was a 0 star option. Ordered from Just Eat, said it will be delivered by 19:15, they kept postponing for 10 minutes now saying it will be delivered by 21:00 who knows. Just Eat says the driver is at the store waiting for order to be ready. Called McDonald's 3 times with no response. There is no way to cancel the order too. Hopeless and unacceptable service
I feel a bit like a joke is being played on me every time I come here due to the frequency in missing or wrong items. I always use the click and serve service as my daughter is autistic and struggles with going inside. The past 5 times that I have come, the order has been missing items and I can't get out and leave my daughter in the car to ask where the rest of the order is. The number also just rings endlessly and I can't get through to anyone. A few days ago I ordered a cheeseburger. It came with no burger. It was just bread, pickles, sauce and cheese. Before that I had ordered 5 chicken selects. Instead I got a bunch of cheese bites in a chicken select box. Today I ordered a happy meal and it came with no fries and no book. This keeps happening and It's a big shame because the click and serve service had been such a life saver with my daughter
My order was incomplete. Fries were cold. Not happy at all.nnEdited to change rating. Uber was useless at sorting the situation out. I came down to the store and the manager sorted it our within minutes. Very grateful for this.
