Friendly staff, lots of parking space a tables. Food was ok and hottest.
Really clean and nice McDonald’s, not too busy and got my large order within 5 minutes with the food still being hot and fresh! Nicest McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while
Two order screens were not responding to touch, no out of order signs. Machine was out of paper, so could not print a receipt. They marked our order as complete about 5 mins before it was ready, which is probably to meet their service targets, but they just ended up with a lot of confused customers waiting about getting frustrated. Got our food to take away, and they got our order of 9 nuggets wrong by giving my daughter chicken tenders, which she wouldn't eat. We were on our way to something so couldn't go back to get them changed, and even if we could, had no receipt! Sloppy service, and dishonest about the time served
The only McDonald’s I’ve even seen that actively tries to turn away business. They start closing the car park 2 hours before their actual closing time, forcing everyone to their drive thru. On all the occasions I’ve used their drive thru the orders been wrong and with no where to park, unable to take my order in for it to be fixed.nnTerrible service and food order was wrong and cold.
I ordered a muffin meal and a drink, they delivered 2 drinks. I can't get a refund. I phoned McDonald's 3 times they told me to go back on the McDonald's app and get intouch with uber, i cant do that. I will delete McDonald's app and never go to McDonald's again. They don't do enough to help when delivery is wrong
