We came in late, the staff where absolutely brilliant. And the order came quick and was very good. The door staff however needs to learn what he can and can't ask people to do. While we did not have an interaction with him, we observed him telling people how to stand at the counter to order food. One gent had his foot slightly raised and on toes. This could have been an injury or anything. A guy's posture should not be corrected by security. That is not his job.
Just a few words for Taylor who was working on dining area this morning, she was everywhere and seemed very interested in the customers and welcoming. I often pop in for a morning coffee and she always says hello and has a chat, cannot fault her skills in the work she does at all. I find the dining area staff very good overall. The newly refurbished store is a plus also, much more modern.
The place is fine for McDonald'snnBecause they are open 24 hours a day, it's possible to get your McFix any time you want. However the menu selection is limited.nnDuring morning times only breakfast is available and part of the place is closed off. This means only takeout is allowed.nnWhen I went there during early morning I witnessed how the staff was cleaning the area right next to the entrance. Overall it was kept fairly clean.nnI do like their breakfast menu. The porridge is great, so is McMuffin.nnStaff was friendly and service was quick.
Poor Food Quality / Missing IngredientsnI am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. When I opened my burger, I noticed a severe lack of ingredients. There were hardly any onions or pickles on it please see attached photo 56973.jpg. For the price paid, I expected a properly prepared meal, but this was poorly put together and lacked standard presentation. I hope management addresses this lack of consistency
My ordered arrived not how it should, instead of the big bag with other little bags inside to separate food it came in all 1 big massive bag the chips were at the bottom of the bag might as well not even bothered packing the cartons and not enough chips came to both be large, the sauces were on the packaging not inside the burgers all the boxes were damaged and just chucked into the bag! the drinks came half empty and the other half was at the bottom of the bag, when called back up to deal with this issue I got met with a brand new starter who needed advice i was then told to ring just eat I explained multiple times that just eat don’t have a physical person to speak to once again I was correct after dialling the number then I rang back up I spoke to somebody else he told me there was new staff on and he’ll have a word! Why pass the buck onto new starters take some responsibility and if that’s the case why are new starters being left unsupervised to pack peoples orders this way should they not be double checked! Spent £42 on large meals and customer care then gives you 1 free medium meal voucher how can this justified absolutely disgusting the food was also rotten and cold! I was told my comments would be passed onto store management I hope this is the case as this seems to be becoming a common theme with McDonald’s and their deliveries needs sorting out asap
