Absolute shambles! Staff need  kick up the arse! Fuming we’ve waited so long for food for it to arrive and have nearly all items missing, full drink spilled in the bag, no ice creams now  becoming regular

We went late at night and the atmosphere was really unpleasant. The seating area was locked and it just felt generally unwelcoming.nnThe food took ages to arrive and when it did it was cold, plus as we had to eat our food elsewhere we did not find out until later we were missing a pack of fries.nnSo all in all a pretty rubbish late night experience.

The place is fine for McDonald'snnBecause they are open 24 hours a day, it's possible to get your McFix any time you want. However the menu selection is limited.nnDuring morning times only breakfast is available and part of the place is closed off. This means only takeout is allowed.nnWhen I went there during early morning I witnessed how the staff was cleaning the area right next to the entrance. Overall it was kept fairly clean.nnI do like their breakfast menu. The porridge is great, so is McMuffin.nnStaff was friendly and service was quick.

I’m after ordering a 20 piece nugget to share and after repeatedly adding curry dip to the order and paying for it I was disgusted to find no dip at all when I opened the bag. Be so for real nobody is eating 20 unflavoured and cold nuggets without dip. If the dip wasn’t enough the fried were cold and flavourless. If you are gonna make the food taste like garbage at least give me the dips I ordered to try and save the food. Night utterly ruined I hope you’re happy McDonalds.

Pleasantly surprised with this city centre outlet. Food was quite hot, and it was ready within about 2 minutes of us ordering. The food wasn't exactly fresh, any cooler and is have asked for a replacement, but all good. Asked for a barbecue sauce, I was given three. Happy days. And on our second visit, even better. Food was very hot, coke could have been fuzzier, but the food was good & the front of house even asked us if our meal was OK, and was everything OK. Top marks Joseph.
