Popped in for lunch. Ordered on self serve machine, easy to use. A little wait for food. Found a nice seating area. Nice and clean. Food was fresh and hot . Decor was nice. Has extra seating upstairs, a lift, and outdoor seating.
Service was poor 25 minutes for a standard meal, poor organisation by staff saw my food on a tray waiting for nearly 10 minutes, food was cold, ordered double cheeseburger-1 meat came out with no meat at all, uber just eat drivers everywhere taking up seats.Disappointed.

Disappointing. Firstly, there was half the menu unavailable. The service was incredibly slow. Fries were undercooked and there was ONE singular pickle in my cheeseburger. I also ordered a happy meal just for the the toy advertised but it was a sad meal they didn’t have those toys only a pack of cards false advertisement.
45 minute wait for a stone cold burger that looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. It is t even like they have to follow a complex menu and they have spec guidelines for each menu item to make it even easier, a child should be able to get it right.
