Breakfast stop for a wrap, porridge, and coffee. Service was as it should be. My only fault here is there are no seats where you wait on a morning at 6.30 am before it fully opens. Awkward screens at the counter like it's still got COVID restrictions. The town square immediately outside offers a great venue to chill and eat.
Food start to be tasteless for the last 6 months, fries are bitter thats mean they dont change the cooking oil with a fresh one to often and they charging 10 pence for a dip? Maybe this is the reason that not to many people are inside when it should be peak time on Sunday. That must be a joke, will be last time for me here
Disappointing Experience at McDonald's in Northampton...nMy recent visit to the McDonald's in Northampton left much to be desired. While the Big Mac meal I ordered was satisfactory, the experience was marred by the lack of included dipping sauce for my fries. When I inquired about this to a crew member, I was surprised to be told that I would need to pay an additional 10p for a single dip. This policy is not consistent with my experiences at other McDonald's locations, where dipping sauces are typically included with meals. Disappointed with the lack of customer service and inconsistent policies.
Slow speed in serving orders they prioritise the deliveroo orders and is a social club for the school kids to take up seats and cause anti social behaviour why don’t they kick them out if they don’t purchase anything absolutely ludicrous and management don’t do nothing
Absolutely appalling. I ordered through delivery on the app and when the delivery driver showed up to my door the bag with my drink inside wasn’t sealed shut which was then led to sticky oasis being poured all over my front patio outside the of my house. The bag in which the drink was placed wasn’t sealed properly and neither was the drink then the delivery driver did nothing about it and when I called in I was just placed on hold. Would not recommend unless you want to have insects swarming all over your house in summer due to sugary drinks being spilled.
