Stopped here on the way to the beach. Beautiful, clean, big McDonald's, plenty staying and plenty parking and even some lovely outdoor seating.nnWe opted for table service since it was quiet and we had 3 children with us so was easier.nnWhen our order came, there were no straws for our drinks, no cutlery or syrup for the pancakes, no napkins, and no hash browns either.nnNo apology for the missing items which was disappointing. They weren't even busy.nnToilets weren't amazing either. Full bins and rubbish on the floor.nnNot a great experience.

Just eat. Chose 7.30 delivery slot. Order accepted 7.00. Prep started 8.04. Delivery start 8.24. Delivered 8.29. Why offer a 7.30 delivery slot and then be an hour late? The person this was intended for starts work at 8.00. To say I'm not impressed is an understatement.

Ordered a delivery ! Didnt recieve half the order. Although we received a refund this is not the point. You order food to eat it because we want a mcdonalds.  What we did receive was cold! We ordered from mold and we live in mynydd isa! Sat here sharing between us. Shoddy!

I really hate leaving negative reviews but after 3 consecutive bad orders it needs to happen.nnMade an order on just eat, around 30 minutes after the order set as completed and delivered. Even though the food hadn't arrived. I called the restaurant 3 times to see if there was a problem or reason why this had happened, with no answer.nGenuinely don't know whether it's the courier or the restaurant, but the last 3 orders have gone wrong one way or another with missing items or drinks leaked all over each other... milkshake mixed with coke and clearly packed and handled poorly. The management of this place needs some restructuring.

This outlet is probably the worst managed in the region. They never stick to their opening times and will often be found closed and hour or two before advertised.nStaff are hit and miss. Being held up in the drive through because the lady serving was too busy talking to friends in the car upfront for an endless conversation and without purchasing anything was a frustrating experience.nThe franchisee of this outlet should be very concerned for their continued ownership.
