I ordered a McFlurry and when it came it was short, not for the first time. I asked for it to be topped up, but was refused. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the other McD franchises in nuneaton.nnOrdered big mac, fries, apple pie and shake. Both the big mac and pie were cold, even though I ate in the restaurant. Even worse the apple pie was sold to me an hour after it was supposed to be thrown away. See photo.

Beware False advertisementnHappy meals not being sold with the right toys. Bought 2 happy meals and expected the new dragon discovery pokemon cards that only came out 4 days ago and was given last years batch of pokemon cards instead.nThe workers or someone has obviously stolen the new box of cards and is keeping them for themselves and is handing out old stock advertising it as the new stuff.nDisgusting behaviour. Theres no way you ran out of the new ones 4 days after launcing this happy meal.nnCalled the store only to be told you should have read the fine print. Which is subject to availability. and was told i was apparently having a go at them since i called to ask why they ran out of the dragon cards. Didn't know asking questions equals having a go.

While the food came out quickly, can't help but wonder why the upstairs seating is closed? And why are the staff standing around chatting while the place is absolutely filthy. The look on as you're cleaning your own table

I recently ordered from McDonald's Order #43909 and was quite disappointed. The delivery took almost an hour, and they missed an item in my order. Despite contacting both the delivery person and the restaurant, the only options offered were a refund or a future meal code.nnThis didn’t resolve the immediate inconvenience or address the additional delivery and service fees I would have to pay if I reordered. It's disappointing that they weren't willing to offer a more reasonable solution, like free redelivery or a complimentary meal. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
