The fries I ordered were less than half full for a large meal, the wrap had one piece of chicken on. This isn't the first time this particular macdonalds messes up an order its pretty much every time. God forbid you ask for condiments.nPosted time stamped pictures to rule out the possibility of being able to eat the food within 3 minutes of receipt and drive to a parking spot.nThis place has gone so downhill it's quite sad. What is the point in complaining though?
Ordered food for delivery, only ordered a select share box and a big Mac meal. Got delivered the big Mac meal and two drinks, spoke to Uber and they can't get the selects delivered but can refund it up to 15 days which I don't understand how that's acceptable? They should send the missing items at their own cost as it's not hard to read a receipt of 5 items...
Ordered tonight of Uber and got sent completely the wrong item, received this instead of the chicken selects, tried to contact the restaurant, the lady said that she can’t hear me then hung up, tried to call back a few more times and no one is answering. Always seems to be problems here late at night. At least they remembered the sauces this time ‍
This used to be such a good place to grab a quick bite but now it’s honestly pitiful.nnWent in the other day & staff seemed to be giving me dirty looks, saw two members of staff brazenly drinking redbull & on their phones on shift. I only ordered a soft drink, which took 15 minutes to come out. I used to work here so I know it’s a matter of fill with ice and press button. When it did come out there was no ice and the cup was half- filled, staff muttered a half-hearted sorry and left before I could say anything.nnDrink went straight in the bin, didn’t trust it one bit. Didn’t have the heart to argue over one drink.nnAnytime you order anything i guarantee there will be something missing or wrong with your order, or the chips will be cold or soggy. Has the management changed here?
Food is great if you eat in. Online orders are on a different planet. They always forget things in the order. The food is always cold that could be down to delivery though. But the past 3 times I have ordered they have always missed something off it. Teach them how to read receipts before throwing them in the kitchen
