This is one of my favourite McDonald's outlets. I recently tried McDonald's Chicken Selects, and they were amazing! The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy coating. The seasoning was just right—flavorful but not overpowering. Paired with their signature dipping sauce, it made for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend if you're a fan of chicken tenders!
We were trying to enjoy our food today but were wrongfully removed due to the disruptive behavior of other customers. Staff escorted us out in a humiliating manner, unfortunately not allowing us to finish our food.
This is not the first time I've ordered through the McDonald's app for this specific restaurant and on multiple occasions food has been missing burgers etc, not small items or the food has been stone cold. Whilst I have managed to get a refund most times with severe difficulty, the automated service does not want you to get help I would say avoid ordering from them at all costs!!! I would make a complaint directly but the automated service does not let me
Visited for a quick lunch. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Food was fine - it's Maccy Ds, so you know what you're getting!
Bury St Edmunds town centre McDonald’s has to be the poorest of them all two weeks in a row I have got home and stuffs missing or orders wrong really how difficult Ivan it be? yet the drive through on the other side of the town never had a issue with it
