The standard of this McDonalds is so low, especially late hours, it's easy to understand why these people work there. I went in and asked for a double cheese burger and usually when you ask for a burger it's always thrown together with missing ingredients, but I like onion/gherkins on my burger and sometimes it comes on it and sometimes it doesn't, because making a burger for some of these individuals is difficult. I got my burger and I seen it didn't have any onion the girl tried to convince me it was under the cheese. So I said no it's not and I asked for another and they thought they would be clever and pack the entire burger with onion. Do better guys.
Must be the worst McDonald’s in Scotland, never heard anyone the correct order. Don’t go the drive thru cause you’ll need to go in and get it fixed anyway.nnTried here again as a benefit of the doubt, NEVER AGAIN - inedible food, staff can’t even put a burger together, put the chips in the back upside down.nnWORST McDonald’s ever.
They had activity packs out for the kids, which they loved, the food was fresh and tasty. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only issue was sitting outside and all the people coming out to smoke, we had to move several times to get away from the smoke, there should be a designated smoking area.
If I could give them no stars I would.. Absolutely shocking. My husband phoned in an order for delivery and they got my sons order wrong. Not for the first time I might add. So many times I've been through the drive through and ended up having to go in as they got the order wrong. They put onions on his burgers. As he has taste and texture issues it is not a simple case of removing the onions as he can still taste them. My husband called and a member of staff called Daniel said that he would sort it out for us. It is now 50 minutes later and they still have not sent us any replacements as they promised. Am now off to see if chippy is open. I will be coming over tomorrow to demand a refund. To add insult to injury we can't call them as is constantly engaged. At this time of night I can only assume they have taken their phone off the hook.nnJust to add to this. It's now 12.45 am. And still no order turned up. Mcdonalds Camelon. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Pre-order for collection doesn’t work here. Looks like they are happier to have long wait queues and get the delivery orders out first. Staff look like they don’t want to work there. Food order is sometimes wrong too plus chips can be cold on occasion.
