SO RUDE!!!!nni paid for a ketchup breakfast wrap, and got given a brown sauce with no egg but only realised when i got home and took 3 bites of it because the first two is just WRAP. just BREAD.nni ordered another one, got there a bit late due to traffic and they refused to give me a new one because “breakfast is now over”. i paid for 2!!! AND DIDNT GET MY CORRECT WRAP!!!!!nnshe only gave me a refund for the messed up order and then said they didn’t take the money from my card for the new wrap, but it did. she then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know how long it would take for my money to return.nnif i don’t get my money back in 3 days i will be back and making another complaint. i’ve left with no food, and pissed off.nnall i wanted was a breakfast wrap since it’s my pregnancy craving and all it led me to was a horrible morning where i got messed about with. absolutely ridiculous.
I just got my ordered from pickup window n when I got home to eat it, my Mcchicken was hard a stale and my fries were cold!! How do these fast food chains get away with this crap???? What kind of service is this? We pay for a good meal to enjoy and you give us garbage to eat!!! I hate McDonald's and will never ever eat this garbage again!!! How will I ever get my refund or complaint to management about issues like this?? This is not the first time I've had terrible food service served to me. This franchise should be shutdown from how they treat their customers! I am not going to drive back to this place in the freezing cold to get a new order because they should be doing this right from the first time! I hope you shut down!
I find this McDonald’s is more expensive than others. Food is always hot but I find the burgers quite greasy. I can’t comment about the atmosphere inside as I have gone through the drive through. Will probably be hitting other McDonalds due to lower price and less grease on the burgers.
SERVED ME A RAW BATCH OF CHIPS AND OWNER TOLD ME TO DO ONE AFTER I TOLD HIM MY FISH WAS COOKED ALIVE WOST EXPERINCE IN THE WORLD IF U EVER COME HERE DONT ORDER GET A PROTEST SIGN INSTEAD
I don't use McDonald's too often but the one in Cookstown was not too busy and the food brought to the table in good time.
