Would like to mention how disgusting and unprofessional the fat lady at the front desk is. If you work here you know who i am talking about, the way she was speaking to staff and Uber eat drivers made me feel awful. She kept talking nonsense and being rude even when she went to have her break, maybe have a salad instead love. Rest of the staff were lovely and looked scared to speak up!nShe might think she’s above everyone else, the only thing she is above people it’s on the scalennOne day she’ll say the wrong thing to the wrong person, I’m very glad she didn’t serve me.nnGet her out, shouldn’t be working in customer service
Only called in for breakfast. Tried to explain to someone that our order number wasn't on the board and she walked off on me! Not the best. Then it transpired that a senior member of staff was sitting working and doing coffee, never flinched! Shame really. Customer service will always be appalling if you are left to ignore people. Won't be back.
Excellent and professional personnel, I don't remember his name, a lovely old man works here who is like an angel and works very hard and serves every table in the best way and talks to all the people.nA completely different experience from McDonald's!nnThe only reason for my low score is the quality of the food and finding hair in the food!!! If they take care of the food safety in the kitchen, it is one of the best McDonald's in the world
Waited 20 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready, asked at the counter and was told by one of the staff that my number had already been called it hadn’t, I’d been listening the whole time he asked me what I wanted him to do? I said I just wanted my food, told me he’d do it for me but that he’d already shouted the number ages ago. Funny how he’d already shouted the number but it was still on the display screen as ready for collection, not sure how that works? Great customer service as usual…
I never write reviews but this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever dealt with. I order from here often as it is my only option when using apps to order. I have yet to receive a delivery from here that is correct. Literally never. I ordered a chicken Big Mac, cheeseburger with extra onions and 6 chicken nuggets. The Big Mac was not in the bag, no extra onions… well in fact no onions at all. I think that it is an absolute joke that just because you order at night you get shoddy service. I work night shifts so sometimes I need to eat at hours only McDonald’s is open.
