Where do you start? Somebody needs to re-define fast food. I think this place just has. It means 5 gormless wonks standing around a food table stacked with poorly assembled delights staying warm under a 3 watt lamp. I have never seen so many people in a group looking so lost or pointless. A TV screen displaying an array of numbers that Einstein would be confused by. One side of the screen delightfully said ready to collect. Of the 15 numbers showing I very much doubt it for the queue of customers. They did however constantly stack a shelf with large bags of ,I guess food for our helmeted delivery people that nobody collected whilst parents explained to the children that the reason their happy meal was taking so long was not because they had to slaughter and prepare the cow outside. Although it felt like it. Fast food is meant to be cooked and prepared quickly as to provide freshly prepared hot food. This was not fast or even warm. May I suggest they change the light bulb to a higher wattage. I wonder how many of the 5 it would take to change it.
So if you have any sort of allergy, don’t risk it here. You clearly order an item with a product to be removed, it’s all over the order, they fail to bother and the manager does not care. Clearly ‘no egg’ is not understood. No real apology, no instruction to staff, just here is one without an egg
What a horrible place to order a “fast food”. Clueless people just walking around and joking between them, seriously this is a fast food chain or just a bunch of clueless individuals that has no training or doesn’t have anyone to be in charge, and keep the things running. I’m already 20 min and not even two orders was delivered
It was very busy, but I did love the food and the new blueberry milkshake, just needs more blueberry though then it'll be more yummy
Please turn back time to when you walked in, ordered your food and walked away with it, I'm all for progress but the current system is absolutely ridiculous, just eat riders etc seem to be prioritisednFast food ??? Loads of staff walking about but not sure what there doing as its not serving food. Utter joke.
