Where do you start? Somebody needs to re-define fast food. I think this place just has. It means 5 gormless wonks standing around a food table stacked with poorly assembled delights staying warm under a 3 watt lamp. I have never seen so many people in a group looking so lost or pointless. A TV screen displaying an array of numbers that Einstein would be confused by. One side of the screen delightfully said ready to collect. Of the 15 numbers showing I very much doubt it for the queue of customers. They did however constantly stack a shelf with large bags of ,I guess food for our helmeted delivery people that nobody collected whilst parents explained to the children that the reason their happy meal was taking so long was not because they had to slaughter and prepare the cow outside. Although it felt like it. Fast food is meant to be cooked and prepared quickly as to provide freshly prepared hot food. This was not fast or even warm. May I suggest they change the light bulb to a higher wattage. I wonder how many of the 5 it would take to change it.
Great service food was fresh.nThe store was extremely clean considering it was packed in the restaurant.nHelpful staff recently priced have been reduced.nDisabled access is greatnMy reason for the average score only on the atmosphere was it was so noisy due to the large amount of customers, so that is just my personal preference this now way reflects on the score of five as it's truly deserved.nThank you McDonald's you get the quality spot on and the price is low.nGreat menu choice also and the ice-cream machine always seems to work here
This place is getting worse and worse. 48 minutes for food management shocking no one it running the shift. Food being stacked up like mad from the kitchen and going cold as they have no co trip on the front management just doing nothing to organise the staff and then wonder why people are complaining about cold food. The place was disgusting as well dirty is no the word. Of this is the future of McDonald’s then I can’t see it lasting long
Tried to order 2 breakfast meals on the app for it to think we were 5 miles away in a different village. I went to the touch screen order points and it wasn't accepting the apps qr code or number. Asked a member of staff for help and was told that they'll get the manager. Watched her walk off and went back to work ignoring me. Asked a chap if I could place an order through him at the till. Got a mumbled reply stating no and got fobbed off. Bit the bullet and placed the order without the code. It took 15 minutes to get a bog standard breakfast. Won't be visiting again and would recommend going elsewherennTldr: bad app, customer services non existent and I hope you have good patience because it'll be tested waiting for the food.
So if you have any sort of allergy, don’t risk it here. You clearly order an item with a product to be removed, it’s all over the order, they fail to bother and the manager does not care. Clearly ‘no egg’ is not understood. No real apology, no instruction to staff, just here is one without an egg
