Food was ok for McDonald’s, service was appalling I ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal and a latte I was told to go and park up and order would be brought to me, waited 5 mins for order which was brought to me not before the girl who brought it was carrying 3 other orders she dropped an order onto the wet road and still delivered it to another customer which I tho it was shocking.nnI received my food but no drink, I ate the food and waited 10 mins for my latte which never arrived so I was forced to go in and ask for it.nnWhile waiting for my latte it looked like there was no organisation what so ever all the staff look like kids straight from school apart from some older people in charge.nnI will not be going to this branch again, I don’t blame the young people I blame the management for poor leadership.
Spoke to a women on the phone regarding an issue, she fully reassured us and made sure our order was perfect. Service was fast and good was hot. Called her around 6.30 on may 1st but forgot her name
It's new and unimproved; this location has been redecorated and somewhat redesigned to now have a large serving hole through to the kitchen. The redecoration has made the seating area smaller and somehow the toilets feel much more cramped. The staff were fine for the most part, however, the mcflurrys came with very little topping on, when I asked for a little more the look and attitude I received was withering. The location also still says it is closed on the app, which is inconvenient
Not given a star. Our order was totally wrong we had both our number and another in our bag. That said the food was okay but absolutely not what we ordered and we had driven over ten minutes away so not going back. We just ate what there was
I wouldn't normally go near a 5 star review for a McDonalds, but this branch deserves one.nnWe dropped in because I needed to charge my car.nnI ordered a Big Mac meal. They often disappoint. I had one in Glasgow recently that was thrown together. This one though was cooked fresh, looked like the menu photo, and was so tasty. Nice hit crispy fries and a lovely cup of coffee.
