Do not order delivery from this location. I live 10 minutes away, and I received my food 1 hr and 21 mins later.nnIf that wasn't enough, the food was stone cold and there was OJ spillage. All food required reheating. This takes fast food to another level.
Ordered food from machine and it was pretty easy and quick service. Food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant is pretty big with two floors. Restroom is not that clean also very smelly. The dine in tables and sitting area is clean. Couple of workers were cleaning all the floors and tables. When I was there it wasn’t busy. For second floor no elevator only steps available.nOverall experience was Good!
I always go to this McDonald’s when in Watford, there were 2 brilliant young members of staff in the store working today. Both the boy and girl handled this very rude customers brilliantly and professionally. It is a fast paced environment and when this women was shouting at them, they kept calm, collected and professional. Food was served warm and quick, busy as normal but makes sense due to half term!
Never enough space but the top floor with more space i sealed for ages.nnFast service but staff are so busy they just immediately put your food tray in front of you then remember to say something. But then again, i guess they aren't paid enough to greed 1st.
I was honestly quite shocked at how bad this McDonald’s is. I tried ordering at the self-service kiosk, but the touchscreen only worked if I pressed down really hard. I wanted to pay in cash and needed a printed order number as I struggle to verbalise my order due to my autism. This usually allows me to just hand over the ticket and cash without having to speak much. But the machine was out of paper, so I had no choice but to go to the counter.nnWhen I got to the till, I struggled to say my order and stumbled a bit, again due to my autism. Instead of being patient or understanding, the staff member serving me just snapped, “What?” and gave me a rude stare. I work in customer service myself, and I found this quite shocking. If I couldn’t hear or understand a customer, I would never respond like that. Instead, he could have said something like, “Sorry, what was that?” or “Didn’t get that, sorry, mind saying it again?” and all of it in a lighter and polite tone,nit’s just basic respect.nnThe only positive was that the food didn’t take long. But 2 of my Mayo Chicken burgers were poorly wrapped and completely squashed, falling apart in my bag and making a mess I had to clean up myself.nnOverall, between the faulty machines, the lack of basic customer service and the careless food preparation, this was a really disappointing experience.
