This branch is Clean and tidy as all the time.nElectronic displays with the whole menu, chairs for toddlers, tablets and drowning placed in a recreational area for kids and plenty of spaces.nFriendly and pleasant members of staff.nOrder they are made pretty quickly.nNo issues at all :
9.30pm visit not been before so parked up by the window to find out its delivery drivers etc only and had to go inside the main entrance was the other side if the carpark so had to walk the length of the carpark to then back on myslef to walk Indie the the asda the same distance.nnSo annoying when you have preorerd on the app, they should consider allowing pre orders to collect from window too. All I did was walk 10 minutes to collect and walk back.nnChips where not fully cooked and not salted nor where full protaion sizes.nnNuggets where hot at least
I was served out of date apple pies, and my frappes were half empty. Extremely disappointing, especially when you are looking forward to it.nnMcDonald’s CS only offered a free medium meal, not a refund or replacement voucher, even though I could have been extremely ill from the pies.nnIt is surprising how relaxed Customer Support was, in regards to the out of date food. I should report this to Birmingham City Council Environmental Health.nnI feel a lot more could have been to compensate and to ensure it does not happen again.
Absolutely disgraceful. Opened up my burger to find a dead fly sitting on top of the bun.
We've ordered from here from delivery and just in store multiple times and every single time they forget entire meals, drinks you name it, we've just ordered a double quarter pounder meal, it's arrived and we've had the drink and nothing else arrive. I genuinely believe the people who work here are either stupid, incompetent, uncaring or an healthy combination of all three. We're moving away soon and their incompetence will not be missed.
