just did an order worth £60 on the McDelivery App , to open the McDonald's bag to see one was already torn open, a double quarter pounder meal was missing, then to top things of the sauce was lobbed into our McFlurry's which was the consistency of water.
Waited 15 minutes for cold plant burger and piping hot chips. The restaurant was not busy with seated customers and thendrive- through was quiet. I noticed delivery guys got served quickly.
This place is an absolute joke never get the order right always cold food I only live rou the corner from here but I'd rather drive to Ewood McDonald's then spend another penny with the jokers the work here! 14.4.2024 came again today after years of not going once again wr9ng order all greace no hash brown absolutely disgusting never again the staff need to pull their heads out their back sides and do a proper job!!!!!!!!!
Whoever cooks the burgers at this branch needs to be re-trained. If I wanted a rubbery charcoal piece of meat, I would ask for one. They continuously burn the burgers, the milkshake machine is often not working and that's when they do manage to get the order right. Went through the drive through last week, when I got to the collection window, they gave me the food but no drink. The burger was that black it was inedible so it finished up in the bin. Terrible place!!!
I am a regular customer at the services. I came to eat the other day the place was an absolute discgrace. All tabes absolutely filthy food all over the floor. So I asked the manager if the cleaner was off today as the place is disgusting she said no I will ask her to come out as she did she proceeded to give me dirty looks as she was doing her job. The place is filthy. 100s of flies everywhere and disgusting services and attitude from staff highly recommend you avoid this place
