Absolutely disgusting stone cold food all spilled out wrong items sent freezing never using this garbage again all juice spilt out when I say food is stone cold I mean stone cold my son was not giving a refund it cost him 25 pound absolutely disgusted in 3.72 credit added to his account for next order we have a great d right to bring all food back please get email back and refund terrible service
We ordered two cheeseburgers one with no pickle and extra onions. 20 minutes later after been told to park up we where still waiting. We requested a refund and the refund was wrong to. There was people who came in there or four cars behind us that had been served and left while we where still waiting. The order was not complicated and just shows the poor standards.
It doesn't matter what time you attend this mcdonalds they always ask you to sit in the bay for food. Then the bays are full so you have to sit in the car park and wait for the staff to hunt you out.nHonestly dont use it. Its easier and quicker to drive a few miles more
Has to be the worst McDonald's in Gateshead. Ordered food and my fries have not turned up it's my daughters birthday today and this was her treat she's turned 10. Tried ringing and no answer absolutely disgusting service.
Me and my family use the Mc Delivery to get our food ordered to us. The uber drivers are great but we always seem to be missing an item. This has been going on for ages and sometimes if we are lucky all our items are there. Mc Donalds do better
