Absolutely abysmal, I live 20 minutes from the store. My delivery took an hour to be delivered by bicycle. The food was ruined, freezing cold and half portions of all the fries.nRang to complain and received no help whatsoever. If you can't ensure the food will be delivered warm, don't offer the delivery service.nAbsolutely disgusted and out of pocket.
The food is good here not amazing at all and they have ruined Breakfast Wrap I don't like it how its done with the eggs two eggs from mac muffin they should go back to the old way and the hot drinks are 2/3 full as well its crazy the pan cakes are nice but you only get one Golden syrup they should give you two
Why is it I am sat in a drive through whilst 2 other cars who arrived after me are served quicker in the other lane?nWhen I asked the girl serving on the drive through why this was, I’m then met with sarcasm and not a helpful, apologetic answer.nNot great customer service at all when surely that is one of the main duties of drive through staff?
If I could put no stars I would. Shocking. Every time I've order through just eat they get wrong. I called up to state that I paid for something amd not received it. She stated I had to contact just eat. I paid £21.00 for 3 items. The place can't organise anything right. The last time I checked it's against the law to take money from someone and don't receive the item or product. Shocking.nnOur chips were missing, 20 chicken nuggets at the bottom of the bag and in the ice cream
Went with a friend after a few hours in the cinema watching a movie, and was sitting in one of the corners having a conversation between us as usual. And by chance, we started laughing, like any normal person…and somehow we were laughing at a staff member’s conversation who was a table away from us, assumably with a close friend or some kind.nnAnother member of staff had told her that we were laughing about her conversation, and instead of asking for confirmation she instead made snide remarks saying “If they’re going to laugh at a conversation, they shouldn’t be here.” along with consistent dirty looks the entire time we were eating. I’m only going to assume that she didn't ask for confirmation was because we are teenagers, but seriously all we wanted to do was enjoy our food which was already cold and disgusting but was left feeling uncomfortable that we ended up leaving over half of it in the bin, as it completely out me off.
