This place is awful am ashamed of this mc donalds I paid in cash for a meal that didn't give me the right amount of change back and then been told that there till been counted right and my change was given back. Plus have been told by other they don't get the right meal back as well I really do think they need a new manager or to shut this place down no idea how to manage such place. Please watch your change and double check your order cause I know u don't pay for what you get
Arrive while people still ordering inside on the machines. Get told nope closed. Use drive true. Explain not possible as I’m in an artic. Reply don’t care closed. Really unhelpful staff
Great food, fast service, friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy, bith inside and out. Well done
Very disappointed,wasn't so busy and the food was disgusting. Couldn't even eat the chips they were over done really dry and crispy. Asked for a chicken burger and they charged me 4.15. Was absolutely ragging. Won't go again
I don’t understand why the food is always freezing cold. No matter how many times I visit it’s always COLD!!. Prices are going up so find it unacceptable to serve freezing cold food to people. When I stop in Coleraine mc Donald’s the food is always piping hot so it’s obvious there’s some kind of issue with the Omagh restaurant.
