Food and service were fine, only the complaint was, but this could be the time I went. It was busy, and it was around 12 and seated downstairs that was quite full but still able to get a seat. Then, after the food, I took the trays over to tidy, but a queue was blocking the bins, and no tills was open, so the queue was outside
Visited today and was disappointed with the service I was given. I ordered a toffee latte with my rewards points having already got my meal so ordered it to the table. 20 minutes and I still hadn't received it. Having finished my meal and actually ready to go with no drink I chased it up. It was sat on the side forgotten about and they even had to make a fresh one. I don't think they would have ever brought it up to me.
Food was good. Was a bit weird as the started to close the upstairs as we say there. The corridors were barricaded by chairs and then they announced last chance to use the toilets!nFood was good.
Busy location. The upstairs portion lets you eat in peace, which is good. It’s a bit small in general though so waiting for a touch point machine to be free and waiting for your actual food does take a long time, especially if it’s busy.
I ordered on the app and went to collect, it was a fairly large order so it did take a while. When we finally got our order it was all rammed into one bag, and the presentation was pretty sad to say the least. They always forget something whenever I come to this McDonald’s, and unsurprisingly they forgot our 6 chicken nuggets. I had to go back and the girl at the front said ‘well I definitely put them in’. Well you definitely didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t be here ? I then said you also chucked everything in one bag which made everything fall out everywhere, and the chips were piled in sideways?? So a lot ended up falling out which isn’t really visible on the photo. She just shrugged and got our chicken nuggets. Not once did she apologise. The customer service is so bad, not sure when it became standard to be rude to customers when you can’t even get orders right.
