Good service. But there were 3 men in, and only 1 working was a girl .and there is ev chargers on site too quick 180w fast chargers
Main negative gripe was the out of date Galaxy pie. According to the sticker on it, it should have been binned the DAY BEFORE at 2:28PM! This is the second time I had bought a pie from McDonald's and had this experience.nnI took it to one of the team who appeared in charge, the team member took it and questioned me, saying it was made fresh. The team member then checked other such pies, and noted ALL the stickers were out of date. Another team member than started to frantically remove all the date stickers. Fortunately I was given another pie, as the team member had kept hold of it throughout. My original pie then joined the others and sat waiting for another customer.nnThe team member flagged the settings in the machine must have been changed or tampered with. Either way sounded like a worry in a fast food restaurant, as who knows what else could have been tampered with... it also seemed an odd thing to say, as the clocks had already been changed several weeks ago? The team member then reassured me all unsold food is discarded each night.nnCheck the dates on your food everyone, and flag any issues up to a member of staff .
The worst McDonalds in the country, food missing and stone cold fries. Only about 3 tables downstairs, upstairs is shut after about 5:00pm, so customers have to sit outside in the cold. Police at the door on one occasion with a walk through metal detector, says it all really.
Very bad experience of being fined for overstaying. Maximum stay is 60 minutes and this has not been clearly stated. I am a paying customer who brought little ones to McDonalds to eat breakfast. The board stating the time is positioned badly and easily missed. I am very disappointed to have been fined £100.
Always a last resort when I’m hungry but I’ve had 3 visits to this store and the fries have been cold every time I’ve eaten here so I won’t be back. Toilets were absolutely vile at my last visit. I mentioned it and they did go an clean them but come on - this is a place that serves food and the toilets should be regularly checked. I’d recommend skipping this one and trying another one.
