Rubbish all over the place the whole 30mins we’ve been sat here nobody cleaning up foods very slow, chips are to greasy had to bin them…. staff just walking past all rubbish on tables and cleaning up awful place disgusting managers arnt doing anything about it gone down hill since staff left
Really clean, credit to the guy scrubbing the floor around the table legs so often a harbour for dirt. Food was hot and put together as it should be with napkins and straws etc provided as they should and so often aren’t in other places. Table service too which also make a change in most McDonalds these days.
Upset to say the least. Ordered a Milkshake and nothing else which shouldn’t take that long realistically? Wrong. I waited over 20 minutes for one small milkshake just to find out it was waiting at the side for the whole time. It only deserves one star because of the emo server that helped me figure out where my order was. Not pleased.
Once again another McDonalds with no vanilla milk shake, I honestly don't understand why they advertise it because it's very rarely available???? Outside seating area was dirty with discarded food and containers that hadn't been cleared away and the one bin that was available was over flowing.
I have placed an order through my app in Cheshire oaks area but I didn't get my order and they said it's the other McDonald's that I have placed my order and I need to get it from them, I went there with my child just to get my double cheeseburger but they didn't give me a cheese burger and told me it's not where I placed my order! It was so complicated for them just to give a double cheeseburger away even though I have paid through the app and McDonald's will have received the money anyway. I have been told to contact customer service to get a refund!
