Here for lunch on a Friday during half-term. The place was absolutely packed like it often is during weekends and holidays yet the staff did an amazing job of keeping things ticking over -nn- food brought out in decent timen- pushing out easy to fulfil orders quickly so you don't end up waiting 15 minutes for a coffeen- cleaning tables and dining areas at acceptably regular intervalsn- emptying the bins every 10-15 minutesn- keeping table service openn- kids colouring sheets and crayons stockednnConsidering how packed the place was, it was a miracle that everything was chugging along. Well done!

With this being my local, I visit here regularly and despite it being one of the busiest in the UK so I'm reliably told they do a great job I think.nnIf you're visiting inside, then first off, find a table, then get whoever your with to go and order on the machine order points and they will just bring your food over.nIf you're passing through, then try and order on the app first, as well as it being super quick on the drive though and you earn points, it's also easier to customise your order no pickles.nnBut my recommendation is to drive past to the back of the restaurant and use the 'click n serve' bays. You can park up, listen to the radio in peace and they will just bring the food out to you - I find it much quicker than when you order food inside.nnOverall, despite how busy it is, service is good, and I would recommend it here.nnThe app is a little unstable at times
Really good place if you love chocolate. Ice creams was very tasty. If you have no idea for sweet gift that place is for you
