My experience was very bad.nMy order arrived extremely late; I had to wait for more than one hour.nThe food was cold and the quality was not good at all.nThe service was very slow and there was no proper response from the staff.nTheir behavior was not good and we were being ignored.nCustomer service is very poor.nnWhen I was there, around 17nUber drivers were also waiting for their orders for a very long time.nEven after asking many times, no proper update was given.nnPlease take this issue seriously and improve your service and staff management so that customers do not face this kind of experience in the futurenI attach the video as a proof
We ordered a extra hot mocha coffee and a harsh brown. They gave harsh brown cold and also the coffee was cold. We gave the hash brown and told to make it fresh. We waited for 10 minutes in bay, no one came to give.nThey I had to go to drive thru again and get the harsh brown, still the hash brown was cold and oily.
I visited your MC d at bury today and was very impressed. I am in a wheelchair and was thrilled I could get around so well. The changes you have made are just woundful. The staff are really helpful. Well done MC ds
Absolutely appalling food all cold half empty drink half empty and called a medium I will attach photos below McFlurry is disgusting the service is appalling I recorded the full thing the persons name is called Iqra and she refused to give us her last name
The delivery service is very very poor, when I was in this restaurant I watched delivery drivers taking multiple deliveries at the same time that’s why we play what’s the drink I ordered, missing food items are common but they do refund you for the forgotten items , try explain to a little kid why we all eating and he isn’t but we got the money back and the picture is afresh cappuccino … shocking service from a big franchise not sure if it will change or they know how bad the delivery’s are …
