By far, the worst McDonald's I've been to. Drive-thru, you have to wait a bit, and they usually don't take first come, first serve. Staff are extremely incompetent. Large coffee is always regular; when you tell them, they really don't care. I swear they make burgers using their feet. You can hear the staff talking about how long they have left at work and their own social lives. I waited about 20 minutes for one of the coffees in this review, only to park my car, walk in to remind them about my coffee because they literally forgot I was waiting at the second window. While I'm here, I spoke to the manager about the coffee, and let me say, I was questioning whether or not he put the wrong uniform on because he couldn't care less.
Staff who clearly didn't want to be there. Even after calling for attention and confirming our order was correct when we paid it was still wrong. No screens turned on so we could even check. Girk turned her back and moved away from the window and clearly couldnt be bothered. Staff couldn't care less. Service was lacking to be fair. Chaos at the waiting bay. Someone already in the bay we were told to go to so had no choice but to park in the other one. Ended up with the other persons order and ours missing an item. Luckily we hadn't paid for the missing item and lost the will to live and couldn't be bothered to go round again. Fries looked and tasted liked they'd been scraped from the dregs of the grill. Worst I've ever had! Big mac was....cold
Honest review based on my own experience, I understand these negative reviews have no impact on their business as well, it's McDonalds.nnWith that said I'm a very principled person and I'll never use this McDonalds or any owned by the same Franchisee ever again, for what it's worth.nnThey get the order wrong 100% of the time, they forget the dips 100% of the time.nnSome of the staff are beyond incompetent and lack the most absolute basic of customer service skills, I suppose it may be his first ever job but this was a common sense situation that even a child would've handled far better.nnSome of the staff are great at dealing with situations, the manager I spoken to was polite, friendly and did try to resolve the situation albeit forcing a compromise after wasting over 50 minutes to resolve the issue in travel and waiting time, overall I was unhappy with the managers resolution and forced to accept it but they were very polite and reasonable.nnI guess anyone who leaves such a negative review and ever returns to the same Franchisee McDonalds is just giving them more profits, you can be certain I won't be but again I'm just a single customer they don't care about.nnWhen you do decide to still go to this McDonalds if you read this review, check your order, check the receipt before leaving and you'll save a lot of hassle and wasted time.
Ordered a large latte at drive through this morning ,after leaving the payment window ,I went to collecting window and was served by a young man who first asked what I ordered , there seemed to be someone telling him off in the background which wasn't nice and obviously not professional , I took the drink handed to me and drove away and then discovered shortly after that I had been given the wrong drink ,it was a sicky sweet flavoured latte ,I only had one sip and felt sick ,this was not something I would ever drink. Hadn't got time to go back so was annoyed .
Shocking service, staff fully don't know what they're doing here. Waited in the empty restaurant for about 20 minutes to be greeted with cold food, no salsa for the cheese dippers and no straw for my drink, then took another 5 minutes to flag someone down to correct the mistakes. I would understand if it was busy, but the actual restaurant bit was dead, and still took that amount of time. Rubbish!
