Incapable of ever sending the correct order. Sent me 2 double cheeseburgers that weren’t plain like I ordered. Sent a cheeseburger I didn’t ask for and didn’t send the halloumi fries or the large fries I ordered. Paid £20 for only 1 of my correct items to turn up. The place is a joke.
Ordered a flatbread breakfast all I can say is don’t order this!!! Arrived at 7 and I’m still chewing it at 8.20 it is so dry!! Worst thing is they got my drink wrong aswell! I honestly don’t think I’ll get through this flatbread today… I’ll update you tomorrow..
After a very long wait disappointed to arrive home and find my 5 chicken selects meal only has 3 ?nSide salad interesting too loads of lettuce and one peice of tomato and one of cucumber ..
Drive thru took 30 minutes for a standard fillet o fish meal. Half 2 in the morning, 2 other cars in queue, in-store dining shut so we were their only customers. Curious as to why, the service time is consistently slow regardless of busy day time or dead quiet night time. Hope to find out the root cause and aid the store's performance.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – Absolutely Unreliable!nn23/08/25: Placed an order at midnight. By 1:30am, it was still showing as “being prepared.” I called and was told the order had already been sent out. Staff claimed the delivery driver must have stolen it, as it had supposedly left the restaurant. Completely unhelpful response and no resolution offered.nn24/08/24: Gave them another chance—big mistake. Ordered again just after midnight. By 1am, it still showed as being prepared with an estimated delivery time of 3am – nearly 4 hours after placing the order. Called the restaurant – phone line wasn't working. Messaged the courier via the app and was told McDonald's never handed over the order, and the courier was actively arguing with the restaurant to get it released.nnTwo nights in a row, McDonald’s accepted payment via Just Eat, but never fulfilled the order. Completely unacceptable.nnIf you value your time or money, avoid this location at all costs. Waiting 4 hours for fast food—twice—with no accountability is beyond frustrating.
