ordered a burger meal which was decent despite room temperature fries. i was waiting quite a while for my food considering it was not busy whatsoever. i went for a tinkle, toilets stunk of urine and a homeless man nodding off at the urinal. but hey ho its mcdonalds what do you expect!
Didn't see a single cleaner. My daughter decided to sweet the floor around our table with the brush and pan propped up nearby and there was chips and wrappers around and under our table and the one next door. Staff that dropped off our tray were lovely. Chips were fresh and hot. Nuggets good. Drinks lost their fizzy in less than 5 mins.
By far the worst experiences at this mcdonalds. This time we made and order for 2 happy meals a large mc spicy meal a large mcchicken sandwich meal, a cheese burger a hamburger and a galaxy and caramel mcflurry.nI was sent a tiny box of chips for both large fries. I was sent a dry cold chicken big mac which had no sauce on and cheese that I don't like. So that was a waste. Then my partner opened his mcspicy and found that there wasn't even a bottom bun. It was chicken fillet in the box with a bread top no salad or sauce it was shocking just that scappy leaves at the bottom. Also my mcflurry came without caramel and was only a mini mcflurry. Food always comes cold pale, undercooked. Wrong. Its so bad
I visited on 9th June and for the first time I had an excellent x 2 egg McMuffin meals. Every time I have had for another McDonald’s the egg McMuffins looked like they had been overcooked and were literally tiny. This time I’d was how I used to remember McMuffins nice and soft and tasty. Also I found the morning staff to be very pleasant and a lady said good morning to me which I think is lovely as it doesn’t cost anything to smile and say hello.nAlso, my hubby left his phone at the restaurant and one of the lovely staff had it kept safe for us which we are so grateful for. On collection I found the staff to be lovely and pleasant and I think the management need to know what lovely staff they have working for them and that they cook the food perfectly.nThank you so much
Ordered 2 biscoff frappes one with no cream. They both came with a 4th of the drink missing from it. Went up and complained got told basically it is what it is and that they only fill it that full. To me if that's the case then that's false advertising when the pictures clearly show the cup being full and at the end of the day you're paying for the drink by the cup size how can they get away with not filling a 4th of it for the price they charge! Also toilets were disgusting, no toilet roll and two of the sinks the taps didn't even work to wash your hands
