Worst big tasty I've ever had. They're taking a burger and bread layer out of a big Mac and trying to pass it off as a big tasty! It was even in a big Mac box And it was cold.nGrinch pie was 3 hours past it's supposed disposal time, which I didn't notice until my son had eaten it and I was sorting out the rubbish.nThe wait time's not all that bad but stood there with everyone else obviously getting more depressed and p'd off it feels like an eternity.nWon't bother in town again!
We ordered 5 Mayo Chicken Burgers, all of the buns were burnt. Really bad experience.
Went in here recently, took the staff at the till over ten minutes to serve one customer.nTook my order down wrong even through told the member of staff my order. Confirmed with another staff I ordered a plain cheese with fries but been put through wrong reassured me would come out correctly as she spoke to staff. Burger out wrong, had to be sent back four times for them to get it right. Few days I went back in to order one the staff remembered me from my order and had an attitude with me. Thought this store was ok, until I encountered issue. As I’m entitled to tell staff they got my order wrong after all I’m paying for meal it’s not a freebie. Not that I wanted anything extra didn’t offer any incentive to getting my order wrong four times. went in here on 8th Dec 25 @ 10:50 after not being in here for a while thought give them another chance bad ideanYoung boy quite tall mousing brown hair in a ponytail ask for my order, had face like a….you know what I mean. No interaction and handed my order. Opened after left the restaurant the muffin was stiff and muffin was burnt all around the edges and inside..went straight in the bin. Why am I not surprisednRecently egg and bacon muffin on 17th Feb 26 burnt around the muffin. Appearance and presentation is very poor
It's always clean enough, but very slow. In the evening very often they close the toilet and part of the hall. The terminals often don't give out the check. But if you compare it with McDonald's in Stoke, it's definitely better.
Could have staff double-checking orders before giving them out to customers, though my problem was quickly rectified when I approached them about my cold coffee.nnMust admit that their coffee, especially the caramel waffle latte I had whilst visiting, has improved significantly!
