Ordered in McDonald's app one of those is 5 chicken select. My kid was so excited for it but when we open it it's all cheese and herb bites. My kid was disappointed and crying and don't want to eat anymore.

1.Old dear on the drive thru at breakfast this morning was a delight, great character.....2.dined in today, Nice breakfast again, muffin top appeared smaller than the bottom tasted good tho.

The food is good and fresh, but it takes far too long to get your orders. The restaurant needs to be kept cleaner as well as it is usually dirty which makes it unpleasant to eat in.

Been here tonight and was a dreadful experience. Went in to order rather than use the drive through and wish I hadn't! Waited 25+ minutes for my order to be sorted, considering the time roughly 9:30PM there wasn't anyone really there and for the most part was only drive through.nnFrom where I was stood I could visibly see the staff member chatting to co-workers and adding food to my bag at random two or three minute intervals. This was until said staff member was told they could finish their shift and my order was left abandoned. nnI spoke to one of the other staff members asking if someone could finish my order this was about 15 minutes of waiting at this point. They picked up the order again... Until they too got sidetracked by chatting to another co-worker... nnEventually we got there about 10 minutes later... after I again asked them where my order was and could they finish it.  Have to admit this was awful service considering the lack of customers, think I will just be using the branch near Tesco from now on as I have yet to have a problem there.nnOn the plus side at least the food was edible after being microwaved.

I enjoy the food but they can't ever seem to get my order right, always missing something. Then tonight, when my order was missing 3 burgers I contacted the restaurant who were disinterested and essentially accused me of making it up as there was lots missing from the order. It's not acceptable to only get 2/3 of the food paid for.
