I am 75 yrs old and love a McDonald’s but today 27/06/24I called in with my daughter for lunch,service was very slow even though it was not busy and our food was virtually cold by the time we were served.my daughter had commented to me that she could see our order on the counter but no one bothered to serve .I was going to complain but my daughter said not to hence this rant. Will definitely not be going again.
I go to this location pretty often but yesterday I went but it was very quite and chill and not filled with deliveries, the food was pretty ok I guess I've had better from place out of townnBut the customer service was great he was very chilled and relaxed, but it wasn't very well cleaned shown in the pictures I tooknThe price was a bit high when I used to get my usual for £10 with an apple pie on the side but I can't anyone which is disappointing to say the least, but accessibility does sorta make up for it so people in wheel chairs of have prams can get in with no issuesnBut my overall experience was pleasantnBut usually when I go it full of delivery driver and I'm usually waiting quite awhile to get my food especially when I have to be back again college at a set time
A bit hit and miss with this lot! It was quite dirty when I was there and chaotic to say the least! On this occasion, the quarter pounder I had wasn't too bad but previously it has been tasteless from Knaresborough McDonald's
The tech didn't give me the option to pay and said I had to pay at the till. The guy behind the till said he was too busy to check if my order had gone through or I had to pay first - this after waiting for 20 minutes. This was on 25.4.23 at around 22:30. Left still hungry. First visit for a long time after hearing about the appalling customer service and how their staff submit their own reviews here. Won't make the same mistake again.
The place was filthy, there was food all over the floor, the tables hadn't been cleared and the food was stone cold that I took it back. There were loads of staff but none of them seemed to know what they were doing. Disgusting and not acceptable
